My Walk of Faith Then and Now

Anyas and I first joined UC around the same time---1973. We were matched in London in 1978. We have been together now for about 32 years.  We raised 3 kids---2 were born in Saudi Arabia. Our missionary experience for UC took me to Laos, Thailand, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and England. I also witnessed and fund raised in Washington, California, New York, and Pennsylvania.

In 1986 I resigned from the UC while in Jeddah---after I started reading The Urantia Book.

I returned to Alaska, got a degree, worked for several energy companies, and started 10 retail companies---8 of them franchises.

My spiritual journey has taken me through fundamental Christianity; the UC; Yogananda; and The Urantia Book. Along the way, I also learned about other religions. What I found out; as is still the guiding star in my life---is both simple--and complicated:  God is our Father. Sitting on the circle of the past, present, and future---He is totally in charge. God created the universe in 3 positions---the Father, the Infinite Spirit, and the Eternal Son. From that pattern; Jesus Christ exists as a Son of God with the Creative Mother Spirit as his consort. From them emanate the Spirit of Truth and the Holy Spirit. In addition; each conscious human being has a Divine fragment of God inside of them. This Divine fragment is constantly pulling us towards the Universal Father.

Our goal on this earth is to become unconditionally loving children---absolutely forgiving ourselves and all others. We are in kindergarden---embyonic souls---undergoing character training. Rev. Moon was right in so many ways when he said: "with the heart of the Father in the shoes of a servant". 

Anyas and I are living a very blessed life; although at times it is so difficult. We daily experience the presence of God.
