In Francophone Africa, everything shuts down from noon till 3pm for a "siesta." You can bet productivity falls off dramatically when people do return to work. Here I am during the heat of the day without much to do I decided to shoot a self-portrait. Don't know if I capture the langour of "siesta" but it's an interesting picture just the same.
