There's only a few years separating these pictures. I believe this must have been shot around 1987 or 88. Last I heard there are 78 blessed families and several hundred 2nd gen blessed children in Burkina Faso. The church is headed by one of the early members. It's almost impossible for Americans to understand how poor these people are. They live on virtually nothing. A small gesture of greetings from us in America would mean the world to them.

Kathrine is in Paris now. She spent some time in the Congo before leaving Africa.
