We are saved by Faith

You say, we all got to pay for the dispensation. What a heartless God you have envisioned. To think that an innocent baby is born into the world carrying the sin that goes all the way back to Adam and Eve. We are already born with 2 strikes against us. And then, along comes a sinless man, who creates a sinless family---and some of those family members sin.  My goodness; what is God going to do with us? It seems that there is no hope at all.  Fortunately Jim---you are dead wrong. God is our Father, and---He has never left us to anyone. Why would He? He's God, He is the Creator of the Universe----He can do anything He wants to. And He showed us what He is like through his Son---Jesus. He showed us that true children live lives of service to each other. He showed us that Sons of God wash their disciples feets---not the other way around. He showed us that He is a God of Healing, and Mercy, and Grace, and Unconditional Love and Forgiveness----not a God that demands a price. The only price is the sacrifice of our ego---upon the alter of God.

Since God made the universe---including Satan----He gets to make the rules. God could have obliterated Satan immediately at the Fall----but He didn't. And, that's because He is a God of love and Free Will. To say that God lost control of His own creation is the height of arrogance---especially coming from a finite--created physical being.

Jim, this insane world you live in----the one of paying prices, guilt, fear, insisting on your way----where does it come from? What happened to you in your childhood that caused you to become so hard on yourself and others? What caused you to become so militant in your outlook and to become so deluded in your thinking? Well, I guess it probably is that your past somehow reasonates with Father's path---which was a difficult path. Father grew up in a war-torn, poor, time in Korea, under Confucious teachings. Mix that with early Presbyterian Missionary teachings and vwalla----you produce an intersting blend of philosophy that believes in ancestor worship, suffering, original sin, and a providential 2nd Coming person, who just happens to be---why-----Me!

Well, I suppose there is something for everyone. There are all kinds of people in the world. Too bad though, about the demotion of Jesus. He had a lot of really great stuff to share---including; eternal life and The Spirit of Truth. By the way----what is Father offering along those lines?
