    Thanks Robert, I will let friends know about this page. What exactly would you like me to post?
  • Margret (Winter) Orr

    Hi Robert,
    I still remember the day you brought a FAX machine to Zambia. I could not fathom the advance in technology... Glad, you "walk the walk" instead of just talking about "we should do..." . The desire of connecting was expressed many times when-ever I met a fellow missionary. I am glad you set up this "tool"!
    Thanks.

    Hi Robert,
    I'm so glad you started this site and for me to be part of it! I right away invited 7 FM yesterday, hope they join too. Digging a bit further, I'm sure to contact a few more.
    Thanks again,
    Marianne

    Hi Robert, nice to hear from you and thanks for creating a place to share. I happened to visit Barrytown/UTS last week, when I was driving back east with my daughter to look at colleges, and naturally when standing there in front of the building I thought of those days when we sat on the grass in front with TP and they gave us insight on what it would be like to be missionaries, as well as the final picture we took on the steps, with all the African missionaries. How forlorn UTS feels now, it's no longer used and is getting rundown, I felt like crying.

    Dear Robert, it is wonderful that we can meet with brothers and sisters again after many years via this site. Uganda has still a very special place in my heart and I am in contact with some of our members from the past. For your trip to Uganda I wish you the very best and I would like to send something there through you. Please let me know when you plan to travel and if you can take some small gift for the members there with you. My country now is China.
    Peace, love and blessings to you and your family - I hope very much that everyone is fine!

    Dear Robert, thanks so much for inviting me in there and for creating this site in the first place! (Assuming that you are the one who did it)- it's lovely to have the bunch of us gradually get together. Hope you are all well - pity so far away from us - I/we still have to find our way to Scotland one of these days....these 'rolling' photos are great - we should all do that - if only we knew how! Well, I'm so daft with these things and now need time to figure out how this site works, sure we'll find our way around to it eventually. God bless
  • Wolfgang Schawaller

    Hi Robert,

    Wonderful, the list is growing!

    What do you think to invite Rev. Kwak?

    Best regards,

    Wolfgang

    Hi!
    Thank you for creating this wonderful website.

    How do I put a link to the Philippines site? A few of the buttons are defective and I will fix them.

    Once abt 8 years back TF said to Nanette and me in a personal meeting in East Garden than no one can take away the foundation we made, this caused me to create this website.

    I currently have about 140 pages of a book written of my life's course from age 4; Nanette will be writing hers also and we intend to publish such in the future. The theme running through the book is the HF, the spirit world's interacting with our lives.

    Hi Robert, now more than 10 years ago I started to write down my 'story' and am still working on it. I feel pushed every single day to add more and get it done, thinking what I experienced is not for me to keep. It's Heavens incredible testimony of what happened. But I always find "more important" things to do and leave writing for at the end. That's my constant struggle. But I'm very determined to have it written, edited and published by early 2013.
    Here, I said it out loud, so I have to keep my word. :-)

    Have a good one.

    Thank you Robert, I had a great day with my family

    Robert,

    Thanks for the great site!

    Charles K. said that you were looking for Greg Novalis. I'm pretty sure that he is at http://www.gregorynovalis.com/ Greg runs a Christian bookstore in Maryland, USA.

    Which Nancy are you looking for? If it is Nancy Hanna she is in Panama. Nancy created http://www.reverendsunmyungmoon.org/ (Sorry, I don't have her email.)

    I'm afraid that's a complicated business, Robert. Paula Fujiwara (her name was Peterson [sp?] in her missionary days) is here in Korea now and is trying to access the reports she submitted. There's a language barrier, and I wouldn't be much help in that area. The reports (a few of which I saw in the late 90s) had not been digitized or otherwise copied. That would have to be done by someone on the History Compilation Committee (HCC) staff for a fee. Additionally, the archives are no longer in Seoul where the HCC has its main office.
    I personally think by acting as a group and making a request through a senior Korean member, you would have a greater chance of success in procuring your missionary reports. If enough missionaries are interested, I could talk to a few people and suggest the Korean you might best get in contact with.

    Hey Robert,
    Thanks for the birthday greetings!

    Hi Robert.
    Yes. I am going to attend the 40 days at Cheong Pyeong. I've never been there. Thanks for the advice. I would have liked to go during a colder time, but... things just worked out this summer.
  • Michael Irwin

    Robert,

    Barbara is on the list. I'll send a note to Paul as well.
    Blessings,

    Michael
  • Thomas R. Field

    Hi Robert. Thanks for inviting me to join. However, I'm a little uncomfortable because I wasn't actually an original 1975 missionary. I didn't become a missionary until November 1976, when I was sent out to replace Nanette, who had been kicked out of the Bahamas. In 1980, I was sent to Argentina. In 1993 I moved to Korea. Then in 1996 I became a national messiah to Chile. Since late 2007, I've been working in Paraguay... where I am now.
  • Ingrid Lindemann

    JA, it is a great idea to create this meeting place for the missionaries. Thank you so much. Ingrid

    Hi Robert, I am responding to your and David Beard's letter from last week and want to tell you that I'm very interested to get a copy of my testimony which we all submitted around True Father's 60ieth Birthday (End of February 1980). My country of mission was Nicaragua then. My maiden name Marianne Kunz.
    Thanks for this great effort.
  • KEVIN THOMPSON

    Robert, news travels fast. I tried to do a missionary appreciation dinner twice already this year only to be superseded by Providential activities. Third time is a charm. Hopefully one of those helping put on the dinner will write a report with pictures for the web site. Hope you are well in bonny Scotland.
  • richard peter barlow

    Robert, many thanks for signing me up. As you requested, I have been passing on news of the site. Early today (5.30 am London time) I called David and Takeko Hose who had just arrived back at their home near Seattle from attending the big reunion in New York. David was really happy to hear about your initiative, and would love to have the opportunity to catch up with all those he used to take care of from World Mission HQ. You can expect to hear from him soon. Sorry to see you don't appear to have received any gifts yet. With Christmas approaching fast, I'm working on it...but it will be coming by Royal Mail, weather permitting.

    To Mr. Robert Williamson,
    May this be the inception of a lasting ang fruitful friendship toward the mutual goal of a blessed world.

    Dear Robert,

    Thank you very much for the Birthday wishes.

  • David Ralph Hose

    Dear Robert,  Thank you for your generous inclusion of me on this list...I wasn't a missionary in 1975, and was only a support person for the missionaries in working with the World Mission Dept.  The fact is, though, that there is such a close feeling for so many of the UC missionaries, that I couldn't stop myself from making this request.  Tacco and I are living in a moderate sized town about 35 miles northeast of Seattle, Washington, where I am self employed as a muralist and artist.  We've stayed very much in touch with many brothers and sisters, and look very much to participating with everyone here.  God bless! - David

    Dear Robert,

    Happy True God's Day and Happy True Parents Birthday. May you be endowed with many, many

    special gifts as we enter into the Completed Testament Age of Cheon IL Guk to assist you in

    achieveing the ideal oneness with God and humankind.

    With Warmet Regards,

    Robert: Chat is one of the features I removed as I never saw anyone using it. I've put it back in at the bottom of the center (Features) column. I take it you want it on there? — Charles

    Robert : Let me know if you get this comment. I didn't change any of the settings.

    It seems to me, as time progresses, that heart is increasing and outshining occasional unfulfilled hopes.

    My new mission is International Itinerary Worker-TF appointed me directly at his home in Las Vegas in November of 2009.

  • Kathy Rigney

    Actually, they will be coming sometime in July to Nigeria. They were originally going to a few other nations but in the end it was decided that they would only come to Nigeria.
  • Mary Jane Despres

    Hi, Robert,

    You mentioned
    the idea of asking Tim Elder who is very close
    to True Family at this time as a translator to join the site as a
    guest so that we get his very fast news about True Family
    activities via his twitter.

    Do people think this is a good idea?

    ~~~~~~~
    Inviting Tim Elder here is a great idea.
    In case he doesn't care to join, you may want to be the one
    who posts here the Twitters he translates and some, if not
    all of the photos.
    All the best to you,
    Mary Jane
    Thank you Robert!
    Robert,
    Thanks for the comments. I think I am already writing a book, right here on this blog.
    One thing that might be cool, to get people connected, is to be able to send blogs to peoples e mail---if they choose that function. Some people are busy and forget to go to the site---but if the blogs went to them, they could choose whether to respond or delete---unless too many messages started coming out onto their emails.
    I personally wouldn't mind. I go through my e mail every day, it only takes a few minutes.
    Jim
  • Thomas R. Field
    Robert, Thanks for the Happy Birthday wishes you sent at the beginning of the month. I'm just one year away now from the big six-zero, though I still feel in spirit like I'm in my thirties. I continue to work in Paraguay, where we still have hope of making a substantial foundation for national restoration according to heaven's original timetable as proclaimed by True Father shortly after 2001 or so.
    As you asked for a photo. Here's one of a family gathering we had in California at the end of December last year. Besides my wife and me, it includes my 5 children, plus a daughter that we offered as a gift child to the Osterhelds in Germany. So far, 5 of the 6 are blessed, and their spouses are all with them in the photo, along with our 2 grandchildren. Fortunately, everyone is doing well.
    All the best,
    Tom
    Robert,
    Anyas and I have now moved to Medford Oregon and I submitted a new E mail address. We are building a new health food store and Wellness Center in Ashland Oregon. We expect to be open by July 1. Besides the store, we have a meeting/meditation/prayer room--which will be open to all positive spiritual groups to hold meetings. I'm going to start an in-depth study-meditation-prayer group for The Urantia Book revelation. Anyas has a SOUL (Sisters of Unconditional Love) womens group in Fairbanks and I think she may start another one here. This group is for women only--a safe place for them to find spiritual oneness.
    I'm sorry to hear about the departure of Jim Rigney. Even though he did not have the capability or the mental stability to approach the world with an open heart---I will miss him. He was also a good incentive for me to sing the song of my own heart. He inspired the spirit to flow through me. That flow enlarged my perception of God and taught me many things---especially about Jesus of Nazareth. It's my hope that some realized 1975 self-realized missionary will begin to portray their view of God's heart through the eyes of a follower of Rev. Moon. I've been amazed that out of 360 missionaries---almost none have anything to say on the site. I would have thought that many would be bursting with the holy spirit.
  • Anne-Marie Mylar
    Thank you for the birthday wish.
    Robert,
    Doesn't look like there is any activity on this site anymore. Has everyone left or am I just not seeing the activity?
    Regards,
    Dear Robert,
    I feel deep in my heart it is a great honor to be welcomed into your circle of sons and daughters of  God and True Parents who have offered so much to the world level providence. I feel like your little sister; we started our national messiah mission 18 years ago in Poland, so we still have some running to do to catch up with you all,
    With love,
    Bea in Warsaw, Poland
