Jim---do you know?

Brother Jim,

Do you understand anything at all about yourself? A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. It really amazes me at how you can formulate such sweeping indictments about how others think. You made some great leaps about me in your last post. They could not be farther from the truth. So, let me clarify where I am coming from:

God is the Creator of everything. He is infinite, eternal, absolute, omniscient, and omnipotent.

Humans---you and me---are----FINITE CREATED BEINGS. Finite beings have a hard time understanding infinity. Thats why trying to answer the question---"where did God come from"---can have no meaning to us.

Since God is the Creator---and He is infinitely wise---He cannot make a mistake. Since God cannot make a mistake----when He created you and me---He created us to procreate. Nothing wrong with the sexual nature. It is the misuse of the sexual nature that creates problems. Now, unlike you, I do not claim to be perfect. I am acutely aware of the struggle that goes on in the mind between our spiritual desire to be a pure temple of God and our lower animal natures that are resident in the physical body---the electro-chemical being that is run by hormones and instincts.

A question that is worth asking is----"where am I in regards to my spirit achieving victory over my flesh in thought and deed?" 

If you knew me, my life, my struggles, my achievments---you would know that in regards to living a happily married life with my wife of 31 years-----loyalty and fidelity is at the top of my list. And not only do I believe in the ideal of eternal love and service to my soul-mate----but I have come to the point where I do not even want to allow one single rogue thought to enter the sacred spaces of my heart-mind.

So Jim---before you place your labels on me-----please think about your own life---your own victories and failures. No matter if you are a desciple of Jesus or Father---the Principles are the same-----the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man-----unconditional love and unconditional forgiveness for everyone.

There are many evil people in the world. If you must criticize and judge----judge people that do evil.

I don't want to be beholden to false pride----but I live in the presence of God as much as I can. I diligently work to keep my inner temple a sacred place where God wants to dwell. Examine your own heart. Are you at that place my friend? Does God live in you? Is your life one of deep joy and happiness? Or, are you continuing to see evil everywhere? If you are seeing Satan and evil everywhere---then YOU have the problem. You can't project it out on others that are filled with God's love and mercy----because it will never adhere---there is no place for it to take root.

The main reason that I left the Unification Church is because I came to the realization that, "how can I save the world when I can't even save myself?"

Jim, you need to work on yourself first before you try to "fix" everyone else. You need to seek forgiveness for YOU from the Father of all. You need to baptise your own spirit and learn to walk in the light before you try to cast the demons from other brothers and sisters. Otherwise you will never be at peace in your own heart. Before you can become the Teacher----you must first become a successful student. It doesn't work if you allow your ego to delude you into thinking you possess something that you have not yet received and that you have the qualifications and have been approved and ordained by our Father before you are ready.

First----cleanse your own mind and heart so that the Spirit of Truth can freely flow through you. I think you know what I am talking about and you should be grateful that someone cares enough about you to try to help you find your own way on this endless journey through the stars.
