Sharing God's New Covenant with the World Since 1975
"The chief priests and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking for a way to kill him, for they feared him, because the whole crowd was amazed at his teaching
And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins
They arrived again in Jerusalem, and while Jesus was walking in the temple courts, the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders came to him. 28“By what authority are you doing these things?” they asked. “And who gave you authority to do this?”
After the crucifixtion, the disciples scattered because they were afraid. What has happened to the 1975 missionaries? Have they all scattered? Is there no one with enough sense of justice and passion that can stand up and right the wrongs of crucifying an innocent man?
Jim, you could not possibly have "examined" the book. It is 2000 pages long, fine print. It takes at least a year to read it---and many more to understand it. You are making the same error as many modern Christians make. Because they worship the Bible as you worship the Divine Principle----they become blind to the rest of God's truth. They reject anything they can't understand---and place it in the "anti Christ or the "Satanic" column---along with any person that likes it.
Well Jim; you should welcome yourself to that elite group of "religious" men ---the Pharicees and Scribes, the Romans, the Medieval Papacy, and the Jihadists. Those are the people that seek the destruction of men's souls because they see God from a different perspective than their own. And all of them really thought they were doing God's will by getting rid of blasphemers. Jesus did not call them hypocrites because they believe differently. He called them hypocrites because they stubbornly clung to their own understanding of God and saw God as an uncompromisng dictator----rather than as a Father of love and mercy. They used this as an excuse to judge others. Jesus himself said---"I did not come to judge. Someone greater than I will judge".
Jesus did not want to judge others, even though he was Christ. His heart was so full of love that all he wanted to do was to save the lost sheep. This is quite different than your heart my friend. You have assumed the role of judge and jury. I think you should re-examine your labeling of the words "hypocrite" and "anti-Christ". You might have to reapply them closer to home.
Again---the only way you can break through from your ironclad mind to your gentle heart is through diligent self-repentance. When you do that, and you rejoin the rest of the human race, who are all God's children, you are not going to like what you were at all. But the sooner you get through the ugly part of your nature-----you can enter the light of God's truth and love. This is a journey we all must make, sooner or later. If you truly want to be following God's will-----then you must first discover what Rev. Moon and Jesus discovered-----a loving Heavenly Father---"love others as you love yourself". Whether you know it or not-----this is not the person you are now. Your messages are not the messages that a loving Father or a loving Brother would make. Your messages are judgmental, condescending, and quite frankly---absurd. No matter if you agree with someone or not, it is human decency to carry yourself in a dignified and respectful manner. Again, with such a narrow-minded attitude---how do you expect to unify the world. Didn't you read Father's words that it is only through serving Cain that restoration takes place? Examine that. I would love to hear your explanation of what it means to "serve Cain". Aren't you trying to kill Cain's spirit?
