Sharing God's New Covenant with the World Since 1975
Spiritual growth can be a slow, painful progress. One step forward, two steps back. We try to overcome our weaknesses diligently and we may even pretend that we are pretty close to being perfect in order to keep up pretences. But deep in our hearts we know that the water running underground, is not a crystal clear spring. For some of us; our anger and rage centers are still active. For some; we can't seem to shake our critical and judgmental minds. For some, our biological urges are still…

How many times in our life of faith in the UC have we questioned? How many times did things just not seem to add up? Knowing that we are living in a material body that comes equipped with a battery of animalistic urges and instincts; how many times did we struggle against ourselves; seeking to transcend our so-called "fallen natures" so that we could live in the presence of Heavenly Father? Because we did not understand the words that Father was speaking; didn't we blame ourselves sometimes…

With the advancing evolution of an inhabited planet and the further spiritualization of its inhabitants, additional spiritual influences may be received by such mature personalities. As mortals progress in mind control and spirit perception these multiple spirit ministries become more and more co-coordinated…

JESUS enjoyed a sublime and wholehearted faith in God. He experienced the ordinary ups and downs of mortal existence, but he never religiously doubted the certainty of God’s watchcare and guidance. His faith was the outgrowth of the insight born of the activity of the divine presence, his indwelling Adjuster. His faith was neither traditional nor merely intellectual; it was wholly personal and purely spiritual.
196:0.2 The human Jesus…

One of the favorite words in UC is "Restoration". According to the philosopy, God gave man certain things to do and laws to obey; and when he failed to do these things---trouble came in the form of evil, sin, and iniquity. The process of restoration, according to DP; is the process of "indemnity". The problem with all of this; is that when human beings are entrusted with the responsibility of judging good and evil---there can be mistakes----such as creating "blame", "guilt", which leads to…

Church leaders talk about doing it but; what does it mean to "lay the tribal Messiah foundation?"
Does it mean to go out and witness to X number of people; bring them to DP Workshop; so that they can become some level of UC member? Is it a numbers game; which will lead to a major upsurge in the movement? In observing the movement now, compared to say---1974-----we would have to say that the members surge has passed. If all of the predictions about the salvation of the world had of…

In 1975, which was over 35 years ago; but only seems like yesterday----a group of "Missionaries in Training", gathered at Barrytown for 40 Day Training. Then, we got on airplanes and traveled out to the far corners of the globe to spread the message of The Divine Principle.
Now, after all this time; probably most of those early UC pioneers must have left the church to live out their secular lives. At least; that is the only thing that I can think of; since there seems to be little…

Dear Margret Winter----
Thank you for caring enough to reply to my message. I'm very surprised at how few 1975 Missionaries have enough passion to feel offended when their leader is questioned. I think you are right; I should not judge Father because I have not lived his life and I do not really know his heart. Jesus hated sin but he loved the sinner---and if I am…

Each spiritual experience is a valuable steppingstone on the way to Paradise. We are all products of our inherent natures and adding and subtracting our credits and debits. Throughout the world are people that are adored as being dispensational beings of salvation. As we…
